Within our OPS team, we are looking to hire a leader who has a successful track record in HR transformation plans with a continuous improvement attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset. This role will be located at portfolio companies, on site across Europe.
Your Tasks
- You participate in the transformation plans of the companies acquired by Mutares
- You recommend in detail the measures, actions, and schedules to optimize the expected reduction measures
- You participate in the improvement of the EBITDA and the net result
- You bring your expertise to the CEO / local HRD in terms of relations with the staff's elected representatives, with the representatives of the French administration and the politicians concerned (mayor, deputy, senator)
- You participate in the communication plan related to the measures you oversee with the local management
Your Profile
- At least 5 years of experience
- Bi-lingual German (native) and English
- Completed studies, preferably HR management or equal education / study with advanced business knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of HR turnaround situations (industrial environment would be appreciated)
- Proven track record in union relations in demanding contexts
- Perfect knowledge of the legal processes related to social restructuring
- Very good knowledge of the financial logic of companies
- Availability (4 days take place in participations all over Europe)
- Very good resistance to stress
- Ability to adapt (very different situations, industry types and turnaround issues)
- Ability to establish trustworthy relationships with C profiles (CEO, CRO, CFO etc ...)
