Recruiting Manager (International Focus) (m/f/d)
Mutares SE & Co. KGaA, Munich (www.mutares.com), as a listed private equity holding company, acquires medium-sized companies in special situations, which show significant operational improvement potential and are sold again after undergoing a repositioning and stabilization process. Mutares actively support its portfolio companies with its own investment and operations teams and through strategic add-on acquisitions. The focus is on companies with revenues ranging from EUR 100 million to EUR 750 million, across various industries. The aim is to achieve a clear value increase with a focus on sustainable, long-term growth of the portfolio company.
For our HR department, we are seeking to hire a Recruiting Manager (m/f/d) with a proven track record in Recruiting and a commitment to continuous improvement. The role will be located in Munich.
Your Tasks
- Manage the entire recruitment process independently – from requirements analysis to contract signing – with a strong focus on candidate experience
- Conduct active sourcing and targeted outreach to suitable candidates worldwide
- Handle contract management for international permanent hires as well as temporary roles (e.g., working students, interns)
- Support and optimise cross-border onboarding processes for new employees
- Collaborate closely with international business units and leadership teams to ensure optimal staffing for open positions
- Track and report key staffing metrics to support data-driven decisions
Your Profile
- Completed degree in economics or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in recruiting – ideally in personnel consulting or internal recruiting with a focus on consulting, finance, or project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
- Solid knowledge of modern recruiting methods and a high affinity for digital tools and ATS systems (Teamtailor experience is a plus), combined with excellent skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Language skills: German and English business fluent, with the ability to communicate in a well-structured and concise manner
